Who We Are

Propzumi is operated by SwiftGo Mobility Technologies Ltd, the data controller for personal data processed through the Propzumi app and website (propzumi.com). Contact: hello@propzumi.com.

Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, and property management data. We also collect usage data to improve the service. Your NIN is hashed and stored securely in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).

Data Use

Your data is used solely to provide and improve Propzumi services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Financial data is used only for generating your reports and analytics within the app.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Database hosting is provided by Supabase with servers in the EU region.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data from the Settings screen. You can delete your account directly from your Profile screen. Upon deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our systems.
